Due to the nature of the Multi Team platform, some of the above may be generalized into video training based on how you want to run your system. If you want everyone to be their own “office” so they have full control over their instance of the Chime system, a video would satisfy those particulars.

I’ve been in a lot of systems and have seen a lot of different methods. There is no right or wrong; this is a non-judgemental audit. The goal is to provide detailed feedback on improvements to better utilize the system, improve workflow, and help the website showcase what you actually do for business in a way that is easily navigable for your leads.

Process: When you place your order you will be emailed a link to a Google form to provide your contact info and your login info. The audit will be performed within 1-2 weeks of that form being filled out. I will log into your system remotely, record a screen view of me navigating through your system, and talk about what I see. When the video is processed, I will load it to a cloud storage of some type (may vary) and email you a link to the video where you can view the audit.
