This audit is to have a trained, experienced eye look at your entire system from the website to the CRM including follow-up, lead registration, integrations, workflow, database organization, and more. I’ve been in a lot of systems and have seen a lot of different methods. There is no right or wrong; this is a non-judgemental audit. The goal is to provide detailed feedback on improvements to better utilize the system, improve workflow, and help the website showcase what you actually do for business in a way that is easily navigable for your leads.
Process: When you place your order you will be emailed a link to a Google form to provide your contact info and your login info. The audit will be performed within 1-2 weeks of that form being filled out. I will log into your system remotely, record a screen view of me navigating through your system, and talk about what I see. When the video is processed, I will load it to a cloud storage of some type (may vary) and email you a link to the video where you can view the audit. This service is performed without you being present during the audit.
