Smart Plans Setup
A common problem among agents is that you have a bunch of leads entering your CRM system but you don’t know what to do for follow-up, when to reach out, or even who you should be reaching out to. When you have a proven and tested system so you don’t have to worry about picking the right leads to follow up with, you can spend your precious time nurturing those that raised their hand.
This is done by leveraging the Chime AI Assistant chatbot to initially engage the leads upon registration, qualify them, and based on that conversation they are sorted into specific time-based Pipelines. Once the leads are there, the nurturing Smart Plans reach out and keep you in front of them. White Glove Chime CRM Setup
This is a full back-end setup. Domain, lead capture, integrations, MLS connection, AI Assistant, lead pond, listing filters, transaction checklists, agent permissions, database format (pipelines and groups), social studio connections, call package settings, lead routing, and more.
Smart Plans will be selected from the Chime Library. Content is not modified. Smart Plan triggers are set to apply to the appropriate leads. Automations are set up at the end so you have continuous follow up for your leads. ChimeSetup.com Smart Plan packages are NOT included in this service and must be purchased separately.
Lead time to completion is minimum one month. Multi Team and Enterprise will take longer depending on the size of your business. Multi Team and Enterprise can be very involved and may take several months to implement. This includes a Zoom call at completion to walk you through the system and show you how it works.
Email support is included for the first 30 days after completion of setup and Zoom call overview.

Chime Consulting
Chime Consulting service is intended to advise you of the more advanced methods and strategies to using Chime for your business. Typically my clients are looking to learn about how to structure their agent organization, if getting a multi-team or enterprise platform is better than Core/Premier, how to set the system up to be a “Chime Landlord” or how to set the system up for an outbound referral only business model (I do both methods myself).
This is done via Zoom video call. You will record the call on your side for retention. This is for a one-hour block of time where you will be consulted on a customized setup for your business for the way you do business. Any other ChimeSetup.com services offered will be performed outside the scope of this consultation.
