Important Key Points

Thanks for purchasing the Chime Automation Setup Package from ChimeSetup.com! 

A few things to note:

  • The Smart Plans have been installed on the My Smart Plans “library”. This is because we want you to see how the system runs so you can then train your team. Once you are ready to move them over to the Team Smart Plans, simply go to the Smart Plan, click the gear wheel, click EDIT, and then in the upper left below the plan title, click Team Plan and save. Do that by following the instructions above in the video. 
  • We recommend you turn any and all “AI Accessory” Smart Plans off.
  • This system is designed to be used with the AI Assistant. If you didn’t have it activated, we have activated it for your FREE 30 day trial period at the lowest cost setting once billing begins. Currently $39/mo. If you shut this off, the automation package will not work as designed.
  • The AI Assistant, if activated by the setup service, will use the default name, operating hours 8am to 8pm, and be connected to the team owner account. The AI Assistant will only engage TEAM LEADS, not private leads. If an agent wants private leads engaged, they have to get their own AI Assistant and you should turn off the team one for all of their settings on your side.
  • The AI Assistant settings have been optimized for the ChimeSetup.com Package.
  • If you currently use the AI Assistant, settings are optimized as part of the installation of the Chime Automation Package. Any leads that are currently tagged with an AI tag (AI: ____). The leads will move to assigned pipelines based on the tags. You can search for the tags and double-check to make sure the leads are in the correct pipeline. 
  • Hot, Warm, Cold pipelines are designed to be 1, 2, or 3 months from taking action (setting an appointment/meeting in person). Nurture pipeline is for leads beyond 90 days to meet in person.
  • Plans will start and leads may be moved when the system is first turned on at the end of the quality check. If you received this email, that means the Plans are already activated and running. Monitor the system for the next day or so and keep an eye on things so the leads are in the correct place in your system. Do not be surprised if you get a lot of responses right away in the first few hours or even minutes. If your system has a large database it can seem overwhelming. Once things settle down it will be easier to watch.
