The White Glove Setup is designed to get your system set up and ready to use. This order covers only the first hour of labor. Additional labor will be invoiced at the same $150 per hour.

This setup is designed for those with a team using a Core, Premier, or grandfathered Team account and needs the system ready to go for their team members to be added. The White Glove service includes the full CRM setup as well as website settings, onboarding assistance with MLS IDX/VOW feeds, acting as a liaison with Chime Support as needed. Ready for the details? Below is the scope of work that can be done. This service is charged as an HOURLY RATE of $150 per hour. Placing the order pays for the first hour of work. Any additional work beyond one hour will be invoiced separately.

You probably have some or most of the things done already, which is very common. To finish it up I can get done what you didn’t.

CRM Setup Details

  • Pipelines, Groups, and Lead Pond
  • Basic Lead Import (I don’t “scrub” the database, I upload the spreadsheet, match the columns to Chime columns, and have Chime import it)
  • Lead Routing Rules (Limit of 5)
  • Auto Property Alerts, Market Reports, Market Snapshots
  • Integrations for email, calendar, Dotloop/Skyslope, Zapier
  • Lead Capture for Zillow, Realtor.com, and Facebook Lead Forms
  • Smart Plans and AI Assistant (chatbot) setup using Chime library Smart Plans
  • Transaction Stages, Forms, Roles, and Checklist Templates (2 purchase, 2 listing, 1 referral template)
  • Call/Text Packages
  • Social Studio Account Connection
  • Agent Permissions
  • User Roles for Assistant, ISA, and other custom roles
  • Onboarding assistance adding team members

Website Settings Details

  • Domain connection (GoDaddy domains only)
  • MLS IDX/VOW data connection assistance (Chime handles approval and connection, I’m a liaison)
  • Template Selection
  • Brokerage and Team Logo Upload
  • Favicon Upload (the little logo on the website browser tab)
  • Brand Color Configuration
  • Listing Filters (displays priority of listings on your site)
  • Featured Areas List Created (up to 15 areas)
  • Lead Capture Settings including pop-up form, questionnaire, chat box
  • Integrations for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business Page, and Facebook Pixel (these must be created by you, I just make the connection)

What is NOT included?

  • Does NOT include any ChimeSetup.com Smart Plan packages
  • Does NOT include any website design or block configuration. Website settings only!
  • Does NOT include setting up accounts for social media or Google services. Only to connect those accounts to your Chime.
  • Does NOT include anything specifically mentioned in the “CRM Setup Details” or “Website Settings Details” sections above

This can be an intensive setup that takes 30 days or so to finalize. I’ll need to gather information from time to time as the setup progresses so there may be delays due to the timing of that. The goal is to get the setup done as quickly and efficiently as possible by working as a team together. Some items above may not be able to be accomplished due to your account owner/admin settings. I can only work within the permissions your login allows.
