This setup is designed for those going solo but using a Core or Premier account and needs the system ready to go. The White Glove service includes the full CRM setup as well as website settings, onboarding assistance with MLS IDX/VOW feeds, acting as a liaison with Chime Support as needed, and includes 30 days of technical assistance once the setup is live and complete. Website Settings Details
- Domain connection (GoDaddy domains only)
- MLS IDX/VOW data connection assistance (Chime handles approval and connection, I’m a liaison)
- Template Selection
- Brokerage and Personal Logo Upload
- Favicon Upload (the little logo on the website browser tab)
- Brand Color Configuration
- Listing Filters (displays priority of listings on your site)
- Featured Areas List Created (up to 15 areas)
- Lead Capture Settings including pop-up form, questionnaire, chat box
- Integrations for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business Page, and Facebook Pixel (these must be created by you, I just make the connection)

- Does NOT include setting up accounts for social media or Google services. Only connecting those accounts to your Chime.

This can be an intensive setup that takes 30 days or so to finalize. I’ll need to gather information from time to time as the setup progresses so there may be delays due to the timing of that. The goal is to get the setup done as quickly and efficiently as possible by working as a team together. You may have already done some of the list above in which case I will just verify it was done well with the best practices in mind. When the setup is complete, we will do a simple Zoom call to show you the system. I will remain reachable to help support you with your questions for the first 30 days via email.
