This setup is designed for those like you with an Enterprise account and needs the system ready to go for your team members to be added. The White Glove service includes the full CRM setup as well as website settings, onboarding assistance with MLS IDX/VOW feeds, acting as a liaison with Chime Support as needed, and includes 90 days of technical assistance once the setup is live and complete. Website Settings Details

System Consultation Details

- Guidance with custom options being presented to Chime for system configuration
- Subject Matter Expert presence in Workplace or Facebook Group of your company to help explain the Chime system to your agents
Onboarding Support
- 5 hours of custom specific-to-your-platform video-based training for your agents
- Videos will guide from specific system area overviews to tried and true best practices for their best experience
- Videos are broken into shorter segments for easy go-at-your-own-pace learning
- Troubleshooting the onboarding process to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience
What is NOT included?
- Does NOT include any ChimeSetup.com Smart Plan packages
- Does NOT include any website design or block configuration. Website settings only!
- Does NOT include setting up accounts for social media or Google services. Only connecting those accounts to your Chime.
- Does NOT include anything specifically mentioned in the “CRM Setup Details”, “System Consultation Details”, “Website Settings Details”, or “Onboarding Support” sections above
This can be an intensive setup that takes 30 days or more to finalize. Depending on the size and scope of the setup, it could take longer. I’ll need to gather information from time to time as the setup progresses so there may be delays due to the timing of that. The goal is to get the setup done as quickly and efficiently as possible by working as a team together. You may have already done some of the list above in which case I will just verify it was done well with the best practices in mind. When the setup is complete, we will do a simple Zoom call to show you the system. I will remain reachable to help support you as you onboard your members for the first 90 days via email. After that, you can book a one-hour paid Zoom call at ChimeGuy.com as needed. Onboard support is limited to the team leader(s), company administrators, and brokers only for communication purposes (I can’t handle hundreds of agents contacting me about little issues).
This is designed to get the system up and running for the team leader/broker so you can start adding your members and get them using the system as quickly as possible. If the members need individual help getting up and running, they can purchase the Agent User White Glove Setup separately on their own.
