• Simply click “add to cart” on the item(s) you wish to purchase and continue to an easy, fast checkout system. You’ll receive an email after checkout with an onboarding form to gather the required information. CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM folder after ordering.
• Once that is filled out, it takes 7-10 days to complete the installation and quality check, typically. It can take longer based on volume and onboarding forms not being filled out. 
• Included in the packages is a guide in a Smart Plan format for you to read over about how the different packages work. It has links to videos and articles for further assistance. 
• All Smart Plans will start with “ChimeSetup.com” and you will know when your setup is activated when the Auto Apply toggle is BLUE.
