Products and Services Sold
Services sold are setup packages that contain email and text templates to use for the Chime CRM +IDX system. Additional setup packages include voicemail scripts and questionnaires/surveys to use for real estate agents and brokers. Currency of Sale
All purchases made with ChimeSetup.com are made with United States Dollars. No other currency is accepted. All prices displayed on ChimeSetup.com are in United States Dollars. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

Fulfillment
Refund Policy
Sales are final. Refunds are considered on a strict case by case basis. If a refund is to be issued, ChimeSetup.com has the right to remove the setup package (Smart Plans, etc) from the customer system prior to issuing a refund. If you want a refund, you don’t get to keep the setup package in your system. Delete the setup to receive a refund.
Deliver Policy
Services are delivered digitally and not shippable or downloadable.
Return Policy
Services are non-returnable due to the nature of services provided.
Cancellation Policy
Services are non-cancelable due to the nature of the services provided once the installation of the setup package has been completed. Customers may cancel in writing prior to the setup packages being installed in their system.
Privacy Policy
Data we collect is only to process your order including identification, payment information, contact information, Chime account login information. Security is PCI compliant and done with SSL creating HTTPS on the ChimeSetup.com website. Payment data is encrypted by Stripe as the payment processor. We delete passwords for your login after order fulfillment and do not retain passwords beyond the fulfillment time period.
